The staff was extremely polite and superfriendly all the time. The location was marvellous and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. A bakery and supermarkets were right next door.

Wonderful hotel, the idea of having penthouse was great. Our room had a very comfy bed and a particularly nice view. There was a handy kitchenette and large bathroom. The staff tried to be fairly friendly and amazingly friendly and made our stay a such wonderful experience. The venue's position was marvellous minutes away from bars and a stadium. Moreover, the area was green.

It's huge ideal central hotel, everything is perfect here. Marvellous location in a very wooded area, you can walk everywhere. Plus, it's in Centro district, near downtown and all the nightlife, restaurants, and shops, the airport, and restaurants and stores.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the accommodation was outstanding, and it was spacious and well-fitted with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a large terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee while listening to the beautiful songbirds. The location was perfect, right in the center of Playa Del Carmen, close to numerous stores and the bustling Quinta Avenida. Additionally, we were just a short walk away from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and surf.
Couldn't stay longer.

Plenty of space for six in the family, instead of having to rent 2 or 3 rooms. If we needed more days, could have used the kitchenette more. AC worked very well (a must, in the hot climate). Plenty of water power in the shower!
